Paprika & Avocado Face Mask

Summer is on its way and that means skin is in. For a healthy glow its important to enrich and tone the skin and to use pure ingredients.

Eureka paprika!

This incredible spice isnt just good on hummus its also jam- packed with iron and beta-carotene which help smooth the skins complexion and fade dark spots.

Give your skin a moisturizing boost with this easy DIY
(and kind of delicious) face mask.

Things Youll Need

2 tsp of ground paprika
2 tbsp of unrefined coconut oil
1 whole avocado
1 tsp honey
1/2 a banana, sliced
1 tsp grape seed oil

How to Make It

Use a food processor or blender if you have one but a fork and a mixing bowl will work as well. Its easiest to work with coconut oil when its not in its solid form so warm it up a little so it will mix better. Mix all of the ingredients until it looks smooth and well blended. Keep any extra in an air tight container in the refrigerator (best to make just enough for one or two uses).

How to Use It

One | Wash face and dry
Two | Apply mask to face using gentle circular motion
Three | Let sit for at least 10 minutes (it will get tingly)
Four | Rinse of with water and finish with facial toner
